In your message to us, please include an estimate of the number of each type of item you had before they went missing (coins, carrots, etc.). If you don't remember the exact number, give us your best guess!
To be able to send items to your game account, we'll also need to know your device's Player ID number. To obtain this number, tap on the gear icon on top of the screen, to the left of the coin bar. This will bring up the Settings screen.
Please tell us the numbers you see that follow the text "Player Id:".
