In order for us to credit your account with any missing progress or items, you'll need to submit a ticket to our Customer Support team while having the game connected to Facebook.
To do this, go into your game settings by tapping on the gear icon at the top of the screen, to the left of the coin bar. This will bring up the Settings screen.
If you are currently disconnected from Facebook, the Facebook button will say "Facebook". If this is what you see, tap on the button to connect to Facebook. (Otherwise, don't touch it!)
Then, tap on the Support button in the Settings screen. Once you've done that, select the appropriate category for your problem and submit your ticket.
Please note: We won't be able to credit you your missing progress or items unless you submit your ticket while connected to Facebook. If you don't have a Facebook account, please make one and connect it so we can credit you what you're missing.
